Level 1 Professional Training in Voice Dialogue and the Psychology of Selves 2009 - 2010
We offer full professional training in Voice Dialogue and the Psychology of Selves. Training is open to:
- Counselling and therapy professionals.
- Students of counselling and therapy.
- Other professionals with a counselling / therapy background.
Training in Voice Dialogue is offered in 3 Levels. Completion of the 3 Levels is designed to provide the practitioner with a high level of clinical skill and theoretical understanding in Voice Dialogue.
Level 1 Training is conducted over 3 weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 9.30 am - 5.30 pm:
2009 - October 24-25; November 14-15; December 5-6
or
2010 - February 6-7; March 6-7; April 17 -18
The course is designed to give participants a thorough grounding in basic theory and practice aspects of Voice Dialogue and the Psychology of the Selves.
The course includes theory and practice of:
- the development of subpersonalities
- beginning working with energetics
- practice in facilitation
- Aware Ego process and the consciousness model that underpins the work
- dream work
- professional practice issues
The training focuses on developing a high level of understanding of the Psychology of Selves and foundation skills in Voice Dialogue facilitation.
Written materials and exercises will be provided for work between weekends.
Tuition
All sessions will be taught by Paul Gale-Baker. Participants will have the opportunity and be encouraged to engage in their own personal exploration. Group process will also be a feature of the work, especially in understanding relationship work in a Psychology of Selves context.
Individual Sessions
While the Training includes practice sessions and demonstrations of Voice Dialogue, participants are expected to undertake their own personal development in Voice Dialogue. Contact us for a list of suggested practitioners in Melbourne and interstate. Participants choosing to take personal sessions with Paul will be given a reduced rate.
The Leader
Paul Gale-Baker has been an educator for over 30 years and has taught Voice Dialogue since 1995 throughout Australia. He conducts a practice in personal and couple counselling and psychotherapy. He is an experienced group facilitator and group therapist.
Recognition of Training
All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, detailing hours of training and subjects studied. The training is 42 hours in length.

Fees
$2079 (inc GST). Level 1, 2009 Early Bird fee $1890 if paid in full by September 28, 2009.
Level 1, 2010 Early Bird fee $1890 if paid in full by January 8, 2010.
Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are to ensure the viability of the course for all participants.
Fees are due and payable by October 10 (for Level 1, 2009) and January 18 (for Level 1, 2010). There are no course refunds after this date. The full course fees for the training are due and payable if you withdraw from the course at any stage and for any reason.
